HOLIDAY COTTAGE IN ST AUSTELL CORNWALL

This is right on the edge of Charston village. The wing cottage, of
the owners large house and holidaymakers are welcome to stroll and play
in the owners houses large grounds and garden. Down a long private lane
so quieter position away from road traffic. Walk down to the harbour
where the old TV series Oneidon line was filmed and see the probable last
big old sailing shiop still there in the harbour. Volunteerr teenagers
sail the ship off on expeditions as a kind of training programme and for
the experience (they pay).
This is character accommodation of a very high standard and looked
after very well by the owner herself. Nearbly is cornwall main tourist
attraction of the Eden Project and of course this is the most popular area
of Cornwall for holidaymakers. The town of St Austell is only a few miles
away, as are other beaches. A walk down to the local, smnall beach and
village car park.
Accommodation: Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds with an ensuite shower room
and
bathroom with bath ,overhead shower & toilet. The second bedroom
has 2 single beds.
Duvets. Large Kitchen/diner has an electric cooker and hob unit. Miicrowave
(multi-purpose).
Plenty of heating with coal fires and central heating. Utility room
with washing machine and spin dryer. Fridge and box fridge in utility room.
Small rear area to hang washing.Parking in owners yard next door for 3
cars. This cottage allows 2 dogs but they are not allowed on the beach.
Electric and gas and fuel is all inclusive for this cottage.

A beautiful detached executive house on the outyskirts of St Austell,
Cornwall. A beautiful cottage with large surrounding garden away from neighbours.
There is a garage for your car and other parking. Garden furniture is supplied
and a barbecue area. Long driveway and plenty of safe playing area
for children. Only 2 miles into st austell and a local pub only a 1 mile
walk away (does meals).Lovely surrounding countryside setting with footpaths
leading off, through woods and other nearby walks. Again, the favourite
part of cornwall ideal for a holiday cottage stay. The Eden Project is
3 miles away and other nat trust gardens within easy reach (holidaymakers
usually combine the two).
Accommodation supplied: This 1st bedroom has 1 King Size
double bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double
beds (a larghe bedroom). Views from bedroom windows over surrounding
countryside. Lounge/dining room has a colour T.V. with a video. A
2nd separate dining room with a second T.V.
Small kitchen but recently fitted to a high standard with electric
hobs and gas oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave
and spin dryer. 2nd shower room with toilet and washbasin. Also a
bathroom with bath and electric
shower leading off a double bedroom. Gas central heating in all rooms.
Tiny second garden with
dog pound and patio and lawn area. Lots of parking space in addition
to garage and unusually this property allows 4 dogs (a very suitable cottage
for pets). Electricf inclusive.
