CORNWALL COTTAGE HELSTON  22       SLEEPS   2 ONLY     NO COT        ELECTRIC  INCLUSIVE
Saddlers Cottage is in the old part of Helston and there is just a short stroll into the towns banks , shops and cafes. A quieter part of this old town of Cornwall, ideal for the beaches and all 3 coasts of this part of cornwall. Ideal as a holiday cottage because it has charm and comfort and lots oif character at a low price. A terraced holiday cottage but there is no garden except for a tiny rear area at the back. A shed to put your surf boards or bikes in! It is only small but quite adequate for 2 people.
Sleeping provision: Bedroom 1 has 1 king size double bed. Duvets. Small lounge/diner with feature fireplac,  with colour T.V. and a video. Bathroom with shower unit and bath. Kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob with fridge/freezer, washing macine, spin dryer. Lots of  heating by the character coal fire and night storage heaters and anelectric fire upstairas and downstairs. The electric is inclusive. Fuel for oipen fire from village shops.
There is parking in adjacent parking bay (but a squeeze). One small dog welcome but of course no garden.
