St Just Cottage Cornwall SLEEPING 3 ONLY BED LINEN SUPPLIED
Little Bungalow is a small detached bungalow on the outskirts of quite
large St Just village, west Cornwall.
Ideal setting for a holiday cottage as near popular St Ives and popular
Penzance. St Just is a largish town with a few banks, shops and cafes.
Actually an ancient town with lots of character and is in reality very
pleasing. It is very rugged granite landscape and of course not far feom
lands end. The cottage has a rear enclosed small lawn and a tiny enclosed
surfaced front area. Just a few minutes wal;k into the shops. It is situated
on a tiny village style easte in a cul de sac and so rathe a quiet position,
being one of about 12 1960's style bungalows. Distant views of the sea
from the bedroom windows. A short distance to the rugged seafront
cliffs and old tin mine workings. Whitesand Bay beaches, some of loveliest
in Cornwall, are only 6 miles away, with st ives beaches being of course
the best of all.
Sleeping arrangement. A large double bedroom with 1 king size
double bed (and a travel cot).A second bedroom with full size bunk beds-suitable
for adults or children. A new (2006) fitted kitchen/diner with some interesting
features and new multi oven and hob units. Fridge/freezer and electric
cooker as well. Washing machine and spin dryer in tiny utility annexe.
Lounge/diner with seating for 4 (soft and at dining table). There is a
colour T.V. with CD and video. Sorry, no pets with thius bungalow. Electri
and gas are supplied inclusive. There is also, unusually for a modern bungalow,
an open coal fire for heating( coal from village shops).

ELECTRIC INCLUSIVE
A really delightful and character old cottage enjoyoing views of the
old village. See description of the village on site description above and
on our later to be developed sites on St Just, Penzance and St Ives.
This old character cottage, dating from about 1820, was once owned by an
old tin mining capatain and has lots of character with exposed beams and
an old bread oven feature fireplace in lounge. Just a 1 mile stroll into
the village and the cottage is surrounded by fields and farm land so is
away from neighbours which provided the privacy that holidaymakers seem
to like. The village has a number of pubs, some quite old, and cafes.
Bed arrangement. There are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, so suitable
for 2 couples. A windy and steep staircase up to the first floor. The lounge
has a feature fireplace with granite features and leads via archway into
dining room which also boasts an open fire (fuel from village shop).
Hob unit, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine in the kitchen.
Shower room. Heating by night storage heaters as well as open fies. 1 electric
fire in kitchen. Unfortunately, being not a farm cottage, there is no true
garden but just a tiny front seating area with garden style seats-pleasant
country views and not overlooked. Electric is inclusive but sorry not pets
because of farm animals in surrounding fields.
lLots of adjacent parking though by pulling off road (safe as little
traffic on this quiet side road.
